Hoping this thread could become a list of hi-viz (fluo) paints for above and below waterline, and where they are available.
So far I have found Nautix L2 (orange fluo, yellow fluo) for topsides.
Nautix a9tspeed antifouling (orange, yellow, pink).
Nautix paints are not distributed in the US, mostly seem to be available in Europe.
Don, wondering if the hi-viz paint list could also include green? I believe that is the other available hi-viz color along with orange, yellow, pink. For example, Miranda Merron's Campagne de France in the current Vendee.

Hi...we are not a big fan of green as it is in the spectrum of the ocean and we have seen it fade quickly so sticking to red orange and yellow thanks.... and good luck.....and remember it is only for Observation pod and cabin sides.....that you MUST have...rest is optional of course...

Orange, Yellow, Pink it is!
Awlgrip: International Orange, Federal Yellow. They also have Hot Pink as a standard color, but not clear from images whether it is hi viz.

Hi everyone. I was wondering if it could be an option to use multiples HiVis color on the same boat. Like for example the cabine top in orange and the side stripes with pink and the lettering shade with yellow? Cheers

Should only be one Hi Vis colour or you start to create VISUAL camoflage.....so many different colours lose their visibility in an optical effect...so not keen on that idea..... sorry...
