Dear Don, Could you explain
From the Class Rules:
Satellite Text message maximum every 6hrs to Race control or by VHF to other mariners, No weather routing but weather Grib files from "sat text unit" allowed.
What kind of device is mean ? Have you got the example?

Do we need a watertight bulkhead in the bow for the Transat? Yes see the builders notes...any Transocean 5.80 event must have WT bulkhead under mast and aft bulkhead and crash box ..good luck..

NO..they are NOT 100% watertight hatches for a watertight bulkhead that can hold a head of pressure..they do not have clamping latches and gaskets are too small......sorry...
