The PNOR states ; There shall be one permanently, installed manual bilge pump of 1.5in outlet diameter operable while on the helm.
I see the plastimo manual bilge pump with the 1.5in (38mm) outlet but my question is do I have to run 1.5in (38mm) hose to a 1.5in (38mm) thru hull? Looking at some 1.5in vetus marine hose at work and it seems massive.
Thanks, Josh, hull #157

On both of mine, I used the 1.5" all the way to the 1.5" thru hull.....

Good to know thanks Dan. I guess I’ll just wrangle that beast in there. Did you do an anti siphon loop or is your thru hull always above the waterline?
