Question on the CNC kit.
Are 2 meter bunks now standard in the kit and the main watertight bulkhead, D1, acting as mast support, leaving the forepeak as a double berth ?

Jim Hi JIM.....you do not get the BUNK TOPS in the kit...but you do get the quater bulkheads for the Galley and you can position that for a 2.2mtr or a 2mtr bunk. You do get the Galley top and chart table top for the 2mtr bunk but you can trim that if you want longer bunks....YES the main cut bulkhead is set for under the mast and SMALL double bunk forward.... Good luck!! and have fun!!!

¿Qué tipo de pino se utiliza para fabricar las cuadernas? Pino alerce quizá?

Cualquier grano fino sin nudo de pino y alerce debería estar bien ...

Greetings I have a question. My intention at the beginning with the 5.80 would be to learn how to sail well and gain experience, and perhaps do some Oceanic trip, but for now, I ruled out racing. I would like to know, is it mandatory to follow all the construction steps if I do not want the boat for official 5.80 regattas? could the boat be built without the CNC cutting? that is, creating the templates as it was done years ago? Thank you.
